Karate Competitions website was launched so that competitors and instructors could find competitions with ease.
The site is open to all karate organisations to advertise their future competitions/events free of charge. In its first five months the website has received over 38,000 hits, proving to be extremely popular.
Feedback received from club instructors and competition organisers has been extremely positive. Attendance at one recent competition was boosted by approximately 120 percent. This can be confirmed by the web site statistics for the competition downloaded entry form.
The site is a non-profit making enterprise and all profits will be used to fund the fees for young people to compete who otherwise would not have the resources available to them.
Before the Karate Competitions website was introduced to the net many people spent many hours per week looking for competitions for students to enter. This can now be done within a matter of minutes and at the same time download the entry form. Hotel rooms, route planning and even flight bookings can all be arranged through the site.
We have now incorporated an online shop where you can buy the best gi’s and karate equipment in the world at a price you won’t believe, all on the Karate Competitions website.
